Delivery Support FAQs
After setting up your plan, deliveries are processed automatically based on your frequency (e.g. every 2 weeks). You will receive an email notice 3 days before we arrive. Deliveries are contactless, so you don't need to be home.
Doorstep shipping is free for all recurring subscriptions in our metropolitan delivery zones. One-time purchases are subject to a nominal delivery fee based on weight.
Simply place your empty Alkae 20L jars outside your door on your scheduled delivery day. Our agent will collect them and drop off your fresh, pre-filled jars.
